At Ars Outplacement we keep on asking us and you questions… Do you let destiny control you, or do you take control of your own destiny? Do you take advantage of every single possibility around you? To what extent are you capable of developing your own personal growth?

In moments of “forced change” it is important to focus and not loose sight on “re-entering” the market world without lowering your expectations. For our own personal growth we all should have a plan of action. Changing directions or positions successfully in the job world is just a simple case of making sure you follow that plan of action.

The program that we use is called “PROGRAMA DE TRANSICIÓN PROFESIONAL” (CAREER TRANSITION PROGRAM) (PTP) and has three main objectives:

1.Welcome candidates strengthening their self-esteem through coaching techniques.

Our first session breaks with the usual methodologies used to date. For ARS this session is paramount; the candidates acquires clear ideas about their objectives, C.V, first strategies of approach, networking, headhunters and solid job offers… Whatever the starting point and destination of each participant might be.

2. Align the direction, focus and goal of our candidates, bringing out their best personal assets, tools and strategies through mentoring and coaching techniques.

3 Provides job opportunities in line with the objectives of each participant in the program. This is done through technical career consulting and representation.

These three objectives correspond to the three phases of the PTP methodology:
